What is a Return Policy?


All items you purchase  from a seller are refundable for 30 days from the date of purchase. The items for return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. 

Note: If you return items due to your own personal error and not that of the seller, you may be charged an error fee or with a restocking fee up to  a % of total order price.  However, orders that are returned due to seller errors will be refunded the exact amount you purchased the item for.

Always check sellers store for their return polices.


The importance of a Sellers Return Policy
  • Buyers appreciate it as it makes customers feel more comfortable 
     
  • Sellers creates a return policy to cover and protect themselves
     
  • A well written return policy prevents a seller from doing a full credit card refund


Note: Sellers who provide a reasonable and fair return policies on their stores are more likely to sell a higher percentage than sellers who don't. 2Gees requires all sellers to provide and specify a return policy, regardless if they accept returns or not.

How do I initiate a return?

Start by contacting seller for a refund by :

1. With all due care pack the products you are returning with the packing slip.

2. Carefully review all items to be sure that all other items sent with the original item are returned as well. If for any reason you can’t find the packing slip, try to place a note in the package with the details including your name, order number with a note stating that you are requesting for a refund

3. When shipping the order back to your seller, make sure you include a order tracking device. This is essential as it will help to verify that the item has been received by the seller

4. Your seller will notify you via email when your refund has been processed. Please check your card as it will be credited back on your card that you used to purchase your item.

5. Always allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your card account

 

Note: Do not attempt to send back items via return to sender method. You may not be eligible to receive a refund from your seller if you fail to provide seller a tracking device to track return items and also if you use return to sender method which will not provide any means of tracking item.

Filing a complaint about a seller 

Note: We advice buyers to be patient while waiting for a response from seller. You should try to use all possible means to contact seller before filing a complaint against a seller.

If you believe that there is a problem with an order you placed with a seller, please take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Contact seller directly to resolve the issue. 2Gees is in no position to process, track item or initiate cancellations.

 

  • Be patient and wait for seven days after the maximum estimated date of arrival that is listed on your order confirmation email.

 

  • If during this time the seller has failed to either contact you or resolve the issue after responding to you, you can file a claim with the shop customer service
